Project goal: to train 12 employees of the company to develop skills for advanced specialization, industrial transformation, and entrepreneurship.
IT Logika operates in several high-tech areas, which means its employees require specific, multidisciplinary knowledge. The training will enhance and develop employees’ competencies to adapt to technological changes and meet the challenges of research and development (R&D) and innovation.
The project is co-financed by the European Union.
